Josh Blum has worked for nearly 20 years within the professional services and financial services industries and has specialized in retirement planning and lifestyle planning during that time. Josh has worked with thousands of advisors, attorneys and accountants in his career educating them and their clients on how to successfully implement planning strategies to achieve desired outcomes and how to become trusted advisors to their clients. 

For more than a decade Josh has provided continuing education to professionals including financial advisors, attorneys, and accountants. Considered a topic matter expert Josh has served as President of the Financial Planning Association of Miami is a published author and currently sits as Chair of the Board of the FPA of Miami. 

In addition to the educational services Josh provides and his pro-bono work he is also co-founder and partner in JB and The Doctor and IVOLVE + THRIVE. JB and The Doctor provides soft skills training to professionals to achieve greater productivity, enhance communication and minimize the cost of employee turnover. In IVOLVE + THRIVE, Josh provides consulting services on public speaking, executive presence, and lifestyle and goal planning.

John Zentgraf has owned and operated businesses for over 30 years. During that time, he has founded and exited multiple businesses including founding a Private Equity and Investment Banking firm. John also has successfully turned around a large manufacturing company during his career before exiting. 

John’s education includes an MBA with a concentration in strategy from Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. John previously achieved and held the Certified Exit Planner designation (CExP) from the Busine Enterprise Institute one of the highest recognized designations in exit planning available today. 

John’s work with owners is focused on building a businesses value, understanding valuation and providing structure for owners to maximize value and exit businesses on their terms.
