Athina has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, she is an ACG Palm Beach Network Founding Committee Member, and she is heavily involved with the Junior Achievement of Greater Miami, currently sitting on the Young Professionals Board as the Chair of PR & Marketing. Fred Campos leads Transaction Advisory Services engagement for buy- and sell-side clients. He has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Throughout his career, Fred has executed on more than 250 transactions that ranged in purchase price from $15 million to more than $1 billion. 
Fred has led inbound and outbound cross-border transactions between the United States and countries throughout Latin America. He provides advisory services to strategic and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining us, Fred founded and led a boutique advisory services firm focused on mergers and acquisitionsand exit readiness. Earlier in his career, he led the regional transaction practice for a global top tier public accounting firm and established a transaction practice for another global firm, where he also led their Latin America practice. He began his career with a Big Four firm where he spent a year living in Chile. Fred is a frequent speaker at local and national conferences and has been quoted by the Wall Street Journal regarding his insights into the Brazilian M&A market.

David McCombie is Founder and CEO of McCombie Group, an M&A advisory firm that improves, grows, and sells mid-market companies. He is the author of newly released book, Selling Your Business with Confidence: A Practical Playbook for Mid-Market Owners (Wiley).

A veteran dealmaker, he has personally negotiated billions in transaction value and has been recognized for setting record valuations. Unique amongst advisors, he is a passionate entrepreneur and has also successfully led various private equity investments himself. He currently serves as a Membership Officer of the YPO Miami Chapter and as Chair of the YPO Investment Banking vertical. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Miami. In his free time, he enjoys boating with his wife and two daughters on Biscayne Bay.

Roman Krislav is a Managing Director at Boyne Capital. Roman is involved in all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, due diligence and execution of post-closing growth and operations initiatives.
Prior to joining Boyne, Roman spent over 23 years in private equity and corporate finance, including 16 years leading private equity and special situations investments at HIG Capital, where he was a Managing Director. Roman has an extensive track record of partnering with management teams and growing business across a wide variety of industries, including business services, industrials and consumer products.
Roman started his career in Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets at Goldman Sachs in both New York and London, before serving as a Vice President at Mercantile Capital Partners, a consumer-focused private equity firm. Roman received his BSE and BAS from the University of Pennsylvania (The Wharton School and School of Engineering and Applied Sciences), graduating both magna cum laud, and he received his MBA from Columbia University. Roman has lived in Miami for nearly 20 years, and is married with three teenage children.

Jordan joined Raymond James & Associates in 2014 where he became a Certified Financial Planner™ and Certified Exit Planning Advisor where today he works closely with uniquely successful business owners helping to enhance value in their business and advises other High Net Worth families in various financial, investment, and tax planning strategies. Jordan works closely with the Raymond James Investment Banking braintrust and their 700 mid-market specialty sector bankers to help facilitate investment banking capabilities including M&A, debt capital markets and private capital advisory raises. In 2024, Jordan was named as InvestmentNews 40 under 40 rising star and was Advisors Hubs #1 ranked advisor to watch for within solo practices in the country.

He enjoys playing padel, kite surfing around the world, horseback riding, spending time at the beach, and reading WWII history literature.
