About Josh

Josh Blum (JB) , co-founder of JB and The Doctor and IVOLVE, draws expertise from a 2 decade career in sales. Before launching his current businesses, JB led an 11-year tenure as a Regional Vice President at a Fortune 50 company. During his career he has closed over half a billion dollars in sales and worked alongside some of the most successful professional services owners in the country. JB excels in consultative sales, executive presence and public speaking.

Within IVOLVE + THRIVE, JB works closely in support of members seeking to develop greater executive presence, maximize business development opportunities and strengthen relationships. JB takes a consultative approach in his work with members and assists in preparing them to step into greater roles in leadership with confidence.

For JB the owner’s journey is personal. His father was a solopreneur and practitioner that started his business shortly before JB was born. JB grew up with the challenges common to so many business owners today and has a passion for helping owners successfully build towards a life that brings opportunity and joy to the owner and the people most important to them.

About Doc

Dr. Andre Caruso, affectionately known as ”The Doctor” or “Doc”, combines his deep knowledge of psychology with extensive practical experience across a variety of sectors. Earning a Doctorate in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, his career has seamlessly transitioned from the hospitality industry along with significant roles in nonprofit organizations and special education, integrating with behavior modification and mindset development. 

This diverse experience underscores his ability to apply behavioral insights to effect positive, lasting change in both individuals and organizations, driving his commitment to understanding and navigating the complexities of human behavior.

Doc’s approach to educating is both scientifically grounded and deeply empathetic, focusing on empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential. Through innovative program development and hands-on training, he has dedicated his career to enhancing personal and professional growth. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Caruso stands out as a pivotal figure in the field, embodying a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical wisdom to inspire insight, resilience and growth.

 

About John

For the past 30 years John has owned manufacturing and service industry businesses from start-ups up to $20M in revenue. He has significant experience in start-up, turn around, and growth environments. He was a founder and partner in both a private equity firm and an investment banking firm where he provided mergers and acquisitions advisory.

John earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Strategy.

John works closely with business owners to build their business’s value so they may reap the rewards of their work. For John its not simply about business, rather it’s about the relationship with each person and the contribution he can make to them, their business, their families, and their communities.
